These automated email sequences are designed to help guide new Brand Partners through their essential next steps in a simple, supportive way.

We offer three separate email automations depending on the path your new Brand Partner is most interested in:

A Patcher path for those focused primarily on personal wellness and learning how to patch

A Sharer path for those ready to begin sharing their experience with others

A Builder path for those who are ready to intentionally build a business

Your best first step is to sign up for these email sequences yourself so you can experience the email sequence, explore the resources, and decide if they resonate with the way you want to support your team.

Then, with permission, simply enter your new Brand Partner’s information and let them know helpful emails will be arriving soon.

You may also enter your customers in the Patcher Path as well!

Overview of These 3 Email Automations

Email 1

Welcome Email

This email will either give them access to the various facebook groups if they are just patching or access to the Turpin Team System if they are Business building.

This does NOT place them on our weekly Turpin Team email. They need to do that themselves (which is in the email)

Email 2

Patches Are On Their Way

This email automates at Day Three after their order. When they text you, then ask them to check their email for their next steps.

Email 3

Autoship Is Due + Other Information

This email will automate 21 days after you have placed them in the email system and directs them back to you for their next steps.

How To Welcome Your New Team Members Effectively

Here’s how you can best utilize these email automations provided:

✅ Email yourself the email you'd like to use so that you know what it looks like.

✅ Add your new Customer or Brand Partner's Full Name and Email into the link.

✅ Let them know that an email titled "Congratulations" is on its way from [email protected] and to contact you with any questions (Warn them that they may need to check spam, promotions or updates)

✅ Ask them to text you when their patches arrive.

✅ Over the next few days make sure they have chosen a path (Patching, Sharing or Building) by going over this website with them and helping them make their decision. Then sign them up for the corresponding email series on the buttons above, or the forms provided at the bottom of this page. (Both areas go to the same 3 paths.)

✅ When their patches arrive have them check their email for the second automated email entitled "Now That Your Patches Have Arrived"

✅ The 'Patching Partners" will receive occasional emails about Opportunity and Testimony calls they can join.

✅ Place in your schedule a reminder for when their autoship is due out so you can check in on them for guidance. Then at 21 days AFTER you have placed them in this automation, remind them to check for another email.

"The Benefits of Premium" email will send one single email about upgrading. Again, the best way to start with these are to email them to yourself so that you can see them, and then send them to your team member.
